Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Once enrolled in any course, class, or material with HeMantra (Learning IAS), refunds will not be issued, nor will the payment be transferable or adjustable against any other student. However, in some cases, students may change their courses. In such cases, HeMantra (Learning IAS) will deduct administrative charges (minimum 25% of the total payment) and retain the remaining amount. The retained amount can only be used for new courses. Such changes must be approved by HeMantra (Learning IAS).

Extra Payment Refund Policy: If HeMantra (Learning IAS) receives extra payments for any course, we will attempt to refund the excess amount within 15 days upon receiving proof of the claim. Refunds may be processed through direct bank transfers using NEFT, cheque collection by an authorized representative from HeMantra (Learning IAS) offices, or any other agreed-upon method. HeMantra (Learning IAS) is not liable for any damages resulting from bank processing issues or negligence on the student’s part. Students are advised to address such issues directly with their bank and may seek resolution through consumer forums if necessary. HeMantra (Learning IAS) will assist students within the constraints of time, workforce, and other factors.
